Working Principle

• • Vibration Generation Power Source: The vibrating screen is mainly driven by high-performance vibration motors or eccentric shaft excitation devices. The power unit transmits stable excitation force to the screen box, driving the entire screening deck to produce continuous and regular circular, linear or elliptical vibration trajectories, providing core power for material screening and stratification.
  • Material Loosening & Dispersion: Under uniform mechanical vibration, bulk, granular and powdery raw materials on the screen surface are continuously tossed, loosened and dispersed. This vibration state effectively breaks up material agglomeration, avoids accumulation and screen clogging, and creates a uniform screening state for subsequent particle classification.
  • Particle Stratification & Separation: Relying on the difference in particle size and specific gravity, materials form automatic stratification during vibration. Fine particles and qualified materials penetrate the screen mesh and fall to the lower discharge port, while oversized impurities and coarse materials are retained on the screen surface and move forward along the screen deck.
  • Multi-grade Synchronous Classification: Equipped with single-layer or multi-layer screen mesh structures, the vibrating screen can complete multi-stage particle grading in one single operation. It accurately separates materials of different specifications to meet diverse fine screening and classification requirements in industrial production.
  • Stable Operation & Vibration Reduction System: The whole machine is equipped with professional damping spring components, which can effectively isolate vibration and reduce vibration transmission to the equipment base. It realizes low-noise, stable and long-term continuous operation, greatly reducing equipment loss and extending the service life of the screening machine.
