Impact crushers crush materials through high-speed impact. When materials enter the action area of the blow bar from the feed port, they are first crushed by the high-speed impact of the blow bar. The strong impact force throws the materials to the impact plate for further crushing, and the materials rebounded by the impact plate fall onto the blow bar again. This process is repeated continuously until the materials are crushed to a size smaller than the discharge port, and then they are discharged from the discharge port by their own weight.
