The compound cone crusher is an advanced, high-performance crushing machine that integrates the advantages of both spring cone crushers and hydraulic cone crushers. It is widely recognized as a semi-hydraulic cone crusher, designed for medium and fine crushing of hard and abrasive materials.






Driven by a motor, the eccentric sleeve rotates via a V-belt and bevel gears. This motion forces the mantle (moving cone) to gyrate around the bowl liner (fixed cone). As the mantle approaches the bowl liner, materials in the crushing chamber are subjected to intense compression, impact, and bending forces. When the mantle retreats, crushed materials meeting the discharge size exit the chamber, while larger particles remain for further crushing. This continuous gyration ensures efficient size reduction.
Hybrid Protection System: Combines a hydraulic adjustment system for precise discharge setting and a spring safety mechanism for overload protection. Foreign objects can pass through without damaging the machine.
Laminated Crushing: Adopts an optimized cavity design and high swing frequency, producing cubical-shaped end products with minimal flaky particles.
High Efficiency & Reliability: Features a robust structure, heavy-duty bearings, and grease lubrication to prevent water-oil contamination, ensuring stable operation and low maintenance costs.
Versatility: Available in multiple chamber types (coarse, medium, fine) to suit various crushing requirements.
