Ball mills are essential grinding equipment for further processing crushed materials.They are widely applied in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, chemical fertilizers, ferrous and non-ferrous mineral processing, glass ceramics, and other industries.The mill supports both dry and wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials.










Materials enter the first chamber of the mill through the feed hollow shaft via the feeding device. This chamber is equipped with stepped or corrugated liners and filled with steel balls of various sizes. As the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force lifts the steel balls to a certain height before they drop, exerting heavy impact and grinding on the materials.
After preliminary grinding in the first chamber, materials pass through a single-compartment partition plate into the second chamber, which is fitted with flat liners and steel balls for further fine grinding. The final powder is discharged through the discharge grate, completing the entire grinding process.
