VSI6X vertical shaft crusher is a high-efficiency sand-making and crushing equipment with independent core intellectual property rights developed by our company based on years of practical experience. This equipment can be widely used in metal and non-metallic ores, building materials, artificial sand, and various metallurgical slags. It can be used for crushing and shaping special flammable materials such as coal and calcium carbide.






Material enters through the feed inlet and drops into the high-speed rotating impeller. Accelerated by centrifugal force, it is thrown out and collides at high velocity with either other material ("rock-on-rock") or metal impact plates ("rock-on-metal") to achieve primary crushing. Subsequently, a self-circulating flow forms within the vortex crushing chamber, where the material undergoes repeated impact and attrition to complete fine crushing and shaping. Finally, qualified finished products are discharged from the bottom. This process relies on material-to-material collision to efficiently achieve crushing and particle shape optimization.
