Product Introduction

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed inlet and drops into the high-speed rotating impeller. Accelerated by centrifugal force, it is thrown out and collides at high velocity with either other material ("rock-on-rock") or metal impact plates ("rock-on-metal") to achieve primary crushing. Subsequently, a self-circulating flow forms within the vortex crushing chamber, where the material undergoes repeated impact and attrition to complete fine crushing and shaping. Finally, qualified finished products are discharged from the bottom.
